It includes interchangeable specific heads. It works as pastry bag and it also incorporates rotating nozzles that let us make very creative shapes for biscuits.

The cutting head by wire and the corresponding molds, you can create shapes as desired. It also includes an anti-drip system in case of manufacturing liquid dough.

The cut by wire allows us manufacturing cut pastries from hard doughs.

The machine exterior structure is entirely made of Stainless Steel.

The limited height of the hopper facilitates the loading of the dough inside the machine.

We have paid special attention to make a quick assembly and disassembly between the parts that touch the dough. Thanks to this system, the operator is able to open the machine to clean it.

Modular machine to which we can add other accessories to get a successful and efficient result:

– Ingredient dispenser (sugar, seeds, liquids, granulated products, etc).

-Vacuum chamber (store room) for empty trays. It stores empty trays and introduces them in the machine.

-Vacuum chamber (store room) for full trays. It accumulates full trays automatically once the products are manufactured.

– Modular decapper with deposit over tray or oven board with paper cups (different sizes and shapes such as muffins or ladyfingers/sponge fingers).
