It can also cut pastry products (sponge cake and other pastries).
Continuous cut for even 600mm width.
Its cutting board can be adjustable and it incorporates optical viewfinders.
It includes a control panel to regulate electronic speed variators. Panel is also made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Slicer can make two cuts if we preset the desired slice thickness.
It can manufacture 3000 bread rolls of 300mm per hour (two bread rolls at the same time).
It is suitable for continuous production lines.

HORIZONTAL DISC SLICER
Allows partial or complete cutting of a wide range of bakery and pastry products.
The products are placed on the infeed conveyor belt which takes them to the cutting area.
To guarantee the correct pressure and to calibrate the cutting position, it has a lower and an upper belt, both adjustable in height.
Cutting dimensions: Maximum cutting length 300 mm. Maximum height 60 mm.
Once the product has been cut, it exits via the outlet chute. Optionally, it can be placed on an automated conveyor belt for various applications.

Allows automatic slicing of a wide range of bakery / pastry products (loaves, rolls, kebab breads, hamburgers, some breads, king’s cakes, sponge cakes, cake bases, etc.).
