The Spezzaciabatta is a working tool designed to automatically cut high water content sourdoughs (more than 80% water content) and any other doughs (till 50%) such as Ciabatta, Roman and Galician breads, natural bread, water bread, rustic baguettes and other special types of bread. Our aim is to achieve high standard products and we are able to manufacture large bread productions with a successful and artisanal result.

We have at your disposal different automatic tray loader systems depending on your needs: simple ones or systems with two different vacuum chambers for depositing empty and full trays and you can also have automatic and direct load into carts

For all types of bakery and pastry trays: perforated, undulated or flat trays with 1 to 4 edges or flaps.

We can incorporate a model with special modules for cleaning special trays for muffins or hamburger bread among others.

It has 3 working speeds, depending on how dirty the trays are.

It has a brush system which, together with the automatic soap dispenser, spreads the soap at the same time as it rubs the tray, achieving a more precise cleaning.

At the ouput of the machine, a system of water nozzles rinses the tray.

Optionally, biocides and disinfectants can be applied once the trays have been cleaned.
