It refines perfectly in few minutes without increasing dough temperature. This cylinder incorporates a ventilation system that keeps dough away from the metallic parts that transmit heat. Thanks to this, dough slides along a special belt system divided into two different levels.
The lower level is the conveyor belt that takes dough portions towards cylinders and the upper level takes them to manufacture a dough sheet which is concentrated thanks to a system that reduces the time for refining.
The rolling mills can be adjusted by a control incorporated to that effect.
This machine incorporates an automated controller, including buttons and a timer, which let us have automatic programming.
